ScribePay has no partnership or agreement with Audible. ScribePay is a payments app that acts as an independent third party service that takes your instruction to cancel susbcription payments made with your ScribePay virtual card on your behalf. 

Audible is a subscription service owned by Amazon that produces and sells audiobooks, audio versions of newspapers and magazines, and TV and radio programs. 

How to cancel Audible manually

Please note you can't subscribe for Audible from the Andriod and IOS stores. You can use any device (computer, tablet, smartphone) to open and cancel audible account, but this needs to be from a web browser.

Cancel Audible from a web browser

  1. Log in with your Audible/Amazon account

  2. Go to the Account Details page.

  3. In the "View membership details" section, find and click on “Cancel membership”.

  4. Follow the instructions on the page.

Once your membership is canceled, you will receive a notification email.

Cancel Audible with ScribePay

  1. When you want to subscribe to Audible, use your ScribePay Virtual Card 

  2. After 30 days free trial, Audible will want to charge your virtual card.

  3. ScribePay will send you a notification to 'Approve or deny' the Auto Renewal

  4. If you Approve, we will set up new subscription; giving you total visibility

  5. No longer want the subscription? simply click on Audible subscription in app and cancel payment. 

ScribePay simply stops the subscription payment from coming out of your account. If you in in a contract (which is unlikely to subscriptions as money is taken in advance of service delivery). Make sure you have an alternative way to pay.
